Build a Culture Where High Performance Feels Human
I help organizations:
REBUILD culture after transformation
SCALE without losing what made them great, and
TURN retention challenges into competitive advantage.
Approach
Most consultants arrive with templates and frameworks shaped by what worked somewhere else. I start in a different place.
Every organization has moments where collaboration flows, where leaders create safety naturally, and where the work feels more focused and less effortful.
Those moments aren’t accidents. They’re signals.
My job is to help you find those bright spots, understand what makes them work, and expand them in a way that strengthens the whole system.
This approach is inspired by Appreciative Inquiry and positive psychology—starting with strengths rather than deficits. And it's much faster and more sustainable than traditional "diagnose the problem and fix it" consulting.
After a decade in Denmark and 20+ years in HR leadership, I've seen what makes cultures thrive. I work with organizations to strengthen five foundational anchors that create the conditions to build cultures where people and performance thrive. I refer to them as the Five Hygge Culture Anchors: Trust & Transparency, Safety & Support, Clarity & Autonomy, Collaboration & Flow, and Leadership & Change.
I Don't Fix Your Culture. I Help You Find What's Already Working—and Spread It.
Key Principles Guiding Positively Hygge Approach
Co-Creation
I don't build solutions FOR you—we build them together.
You'll own the experiments, learnings, and the capability to continue the work long after our engagement ends.
Behavior Change
I don't deliver reports that sit on shelves.
We focus on specific leadership behaviors that need to change and design small experiments you can run. We’ll measure progress together and the I’ll ensure you’re equipped for sustainment.
Bright Spots
I start with what's working, not what's broken.
This creates energy and momentum instead of defensiveness—and it's more effective than simply importing practices from other organizations.
